To kick off Ashley's wedding festivities, we threw a bridesmaids' brunch at my parents house. It was planned by my mom's uber-talented and creative friends and absolutely gorgeous.
All of the bridal party was there and a few of our family members. It was so fun hearing stories about Vik when he was younger and the Kellogg stories Ashley never told us but her other bridesmaids filled us in on. Before the brunch ended, Ashley took a second to talk about everyone on the table; she had designed us each a bookmark that said our name, the meaning behind it and the correlating bible verse. She then told us how we had impacted her life and how our names really represent who we are. It was a bit of a cry fest and so meaningful.
