What an amazing Easter this year.
I was fortunate to spend it in Portland, OR with my family and dear friend Shaya. The weather was stunning... mid 70s and blue skies... and after church at Portland Christian Center we were able to enjoy it down along the waterfront with lunch at McCormick & Schmicks.
I am not a huge fan of McCormick's but after Easter lunch I am may be their biggest fan. All of our dishes were exquisite in taste and plated beautifully. I had their BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp with jalepeno andouille grits. Doesn't that alone make you hungry? It was to die for.
