Just when I thought the storm was ending, a new one rolled in that blanketed the entire city with snow. I live on top of a huge hill in Seattle and we were instantly trapped. All roads leading down may have been closed but thankfully the stores on top were open for business.
We ventured out early morning and stopped into Bartell's to talk with their employees, we had apparently just missed a mad dash to buy sleds. The streets were eerily quiet but within 30 minutes, it was as if all adults had a sip of snow-day-kool-aid and play began to ensue.
